Can eScan be installed on Terminal Server? Yes. The eScan software is now compatible with Terminal Server.

Why can't I see the eScan icons in the system tray when I connect with a remote desktop connection to the eScan Server? When you access a Windows2003 machine through RDP you are logged in as the same user but onto a different session. The current logged in user is not logged off as in XP. To get around this issue, please use the following command to remote desktop into the machine: Goto Start>>Run. Type in "mstsc -v <server-ip> /console" and press OK.

Why don't I have the "Proactive Scanning" option? The Proactive Scanning is not available on 64bit systems.
